This is a skills- based seminar. There will be short presentations and exercises. There will be short presentations and exercises. Each participant will develop his or her own control centre. Training materials will be provided. It is critical for your success in this workshop that you bring with you key information and resources that you need to have or would like to have, at your finger-tips.
These include phone lists, calendar, diary, special instructions, procedures, schedules, notices, etc. You will be taught to incorporate these items into your personalized control centre.
